Roles & Responsibilities.
You will have a key role within the company’s cost management team, involved in team management, account management, and business development coupled alongside with the core Quantity Surveying duties, involving all aspects of project delivery and client interaction.

In terms of clients, you will be in a position of forge lasting relationships with house hold names such as Leading Investment Developer, Government Departments, DAA, US Multi Nationals etc.
There will be junior members of the team, meaning that you would be expected to assist in their development, be that from and APC or experience perspective.
o BSc Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
o Ideally MRICS
o 5+ years’ PQS experience
o Pre and Post Contract project experience
o 60 - 70k euro plus Benefits (dependent on experience)
o Clear progression opportunities.
