O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Office Administrator on behalf of our client. The Construction Office Administrator will join their team based in their site in Kildare.
Construction Office Administrator responsibilities include:
- Responsible for maintaining the stock records & allocating material to projects
- Printing of production drawings for issuing to factory floor
- Maintain the QC records
- Manage data entry onto the internal systems
- Ensure all data is kept up to date
- Assist with all ad hoc duties for the operations & production management team
Construction Office Administrator requires:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in an office administration role
- Experience working within the construction industry is desired
- Must be able to read engineering drawings
- Experience using AutoCAD or similar software
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office
- Ability to work to strict deadlines & ability to priortise workload accordingly
