Our client is a very well established large main contractor with numerous diverse projects nationwide. They specialises in all aspects of build construction including commercial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, education, industrial and fit out projects

Duties:
Attending client, design and site meetings
Gathering of documentation for commencement and completion notices
Completion of commencement notices
Compilation and production of inspection plans and tracking of same during the course of a project
Compilation of required product certification from contractors
Undertaking timely site inspections with documented reporting on same
Tracking of open compliance issues on projects to ensure satisfactory closure
The use of a company cloud compliance system for all of the above task
Coordination and liaison with all parties involved in a construction project

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or similar
3+ years in a similar role
Qualification in Building Control or Building Regulations would be extremely advantageous
Excellent IT skills & use of relevant systems
