Our client is a civil engineering subcontractor involved in both residential site development and Civil works on Data Center construction.

They are currently looking for a foreman or technician to assist a site manager and his team on a civils package in the construction of a new-build Data Center

Responsibilities:
Site Set up and documentation preparation
Accurate record-keeping of extra works and variations and ensuring appropriate communication of same to company management, commercial team and client.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and good construction practice
Management of labour force 


Requirements:
Civils experience either as a supervisor, technician, or engineer
Capable  in Microsoft office
understanding of site documentation
