OUR CLIENT:

Our client is a very well established large Main Contractor with numerous diverse projects. They are heavily involved in the construction of Data Centers and require a Site Engineer with experience in industrial cladding or roofing for a large Data Center in Dublin close to the Kildare border.

No previous experience on Data Centers is required for the right candidate with the right attitude. You can come from a main contractors or subcontractor background.

DUTIES:

Supervision of sub- contractors with an emphasis on quality standards

Quality control and documentation

Ensuring all contractors on site are working to the latest set of construction drawings / details.

Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations

Monitor quality of workmanship & materials,

Keep a daily diary of all relevant events

REQUIREMENTS:

3 yrs plus experience

Previous experience on cladding or roofing projects or civils projects would be beneficial

The ability to interpret technical drawings

Strong management skills

Either trade or professional qualification
