Site Engineer – High End Development – Dalkey Co. Dublin
Our client is a well-established developer with several high density residential projects under development both on the North and South side of the city.
They currently have a requirement for a site engineer to join a site team on the development of 100 high end apartments in Dalkey Co. Dublin.
The project is at enabling works stage so the candidate will see the project through from hoarding to handover.
You will be joining the project at an early stage involved initially on the site enabling works.
You will work directly alongside a project manager and site mangers on the project and coordinate with various other staff.
GENERAL DUTIES:
Setting out, levelling and surveying using Robotic Total Station and Levels/GPS
Checking drawings and quantities to ensuring that calculations are accurate for the work
Ensuring designs and specifications are fully adhered too.
Maintain on-site administrative systems to ensure integrated management systems are adhered to
Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
Resolving technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Liaising with site management to ensure the smooth running and management of the project.
Material quality management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Engineering qualification
2 years experience at a minimum
