Site Manager –DEVELOPER– North Dublin
OUR CLIENT:
Our client are a well-established Dublin-based property development and management company with a broad portfolio of projects.
ROLE:
Site Manager on a 300+ residential site of three apartment blocks in North Dublin.
DUTIES:
Management of construction works
Checking sub contactors works.
Ensuring all contractors on site are working to the latest set of construction drawings / details.
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
Monitor quality of workmanship & materials,
Keep a daily diary of all relevant events.
Management of foreman, site engineer
Reporting to Contracts Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
Third level relevant degree or diploma or trade qualification with significant experience
Minimum 10 years exp
