Our client is a top developer who has built over 2500 units to date in Ireland. They are starting a new 300+ apartment development in North Dublin near the airport
They have a requirement for an experienced construction manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will come from a professional or trade background. You will have a minimum of 10 years experience working on large scale projects with a developer or main contractor. You will have RC frame experience. You will be responsible for all on site activities. You will have a team of foremen and engineers reporting directly to you. You will report to a very experienced contracts manager.
