A leading residential construction firm are currently looking for a Site manager to complete a traditional build apartment block for a period of 6 months. This is an exciting opportunity working with a genuinely great company.
 
Length of project: 6 months
Approx start date: Mid January to early February
Type of project: Traditional build apartment block
Rate of pay: Excellent rate for the right candidate

Main Responsibilities Include:

• Responsibility for the completion of the project in line with programme and budget.
• Management of Site Safety in conjunction with the company’s safety consultant.
• Reporting design team issues to the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor.
• Responsible for coordinating all members of the Construction team and setting a good example to all workers on site.
• Keep daily site diary with all relevant information for contracts manager/quantity surveyors recorded in good detail.
• Preparation and issuing of snag lists for sub-contractors prior to completion of package.

 
Requirements Include:

• Ideal candidate will have a Construction related qualification or a strong construction background.
• A minimum of 5+ years’ within the Irish / UK market.
• Previous Residential experience is a must.
