Site Manager/Residential Site Manager

O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join a residential developer, working on a new build development in Warrington.

All applicants MUST have experience delivering New build residential developments and have a strong background in the housing sector.

Required for this role:

• 3+ years’ Experience working as a Site Manager on new build projects.
• Valid First Aid at Work Certificate
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• NVQ Level 5 or above (desirable)
• Trade Background (desirable)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
