To be considered for the role you must:
Be Degree qualified in Architecture (part 2)
Have more than 3 years relevant post qualification design experience.
Have more than 2 years design experience in an Architectural Practice (or similar).
Have some experience and understanding of buildings conservation and preservation.
Be proficient in AutoCAD and Sketch-up.
Be proficient in the English language (spoken, written, technical).
Have excellent communications skills, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ideally you will:
Have experience in building conservation and protected buildings / structures.
Have experience in refurbishment of institutional / public buildings.
Have an appreciation of heritage buildings and monuments.
Have experience on site.
Have experience in preparing scope of works, designs and tender documents.
Have knowledge of Planning and Building regulations and guidelines.
Have project management experience.
Be RIAI, or RIBA registered.
Have strong IT skills (Microsoft suite) and a high level of computer literacy.
Have a flexible approach to work and an ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
