Client:                                    Our client is an International Building & Engineering Contractor headquartered in Ireland who adopt a “hands on” approach to project delivery. The business has grown organically from being a traditional Mechanical & Electrical contractor to a pan-European Main Contractor providing mission critical turnkey building solutions across the industry to include Data Centres, Life Sciences, Commercial, Pharmaceutical & Industrial. Projects range in value from €30M to in excess €300M
 
Role:                         They are now seeking an experienced BIM Technician to join their fast paced team in Dublin, who will thrive working within a collaborative environment delivering fast paced market leading schemes within the Data Centre sector.
 
Responsibilities:     Reporting to The BIM Department Manager you will develop 3D Architectural & Structural models.  Develop detailed site models for projects.  Detect and resolve clashes.  Produce drawings, specifications, and schedules, according to the project BIM Execution plan.  You will be responsible for delivering all 2D and 3D co-ordination milestones on each project.
 
Skills:
Previous Revit experience (MEP bias preferred).
AutoCAD experience preferred.  Navisworks experience desired.
Previous experience on multiple large projects.
Relevant Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or similar).
Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills.
