Junior Building Services Engineers for Dublin and Cork are sought for an international construction services company with extensive experience. This company continues to grow and is in the Top 10 construction companies in Ireland.

These are permanent positions with a leading contractor.

As a Junior Building Services Engineer you will receive training and mentoring from an experienced team. You will gain experience working on high value projects such as large commercial builds and data centres.

Assist the Senior Building Services Engineer with the following:
  • Responsible for managing service installations in accordance with policy and guidelines
  • Manage the service contractors and related sub-contractors
  • Liaise with contract manager, site manager, Quality Surveyor, Utility Providers and Quality and Environmental Manager
  • Checking and reporting on specifications and design drawings
  • Planning and managing AutoCAD and other documentation of design, installation and as constructed work
  • Offer solutions to complex issues
  • Coordinate their work with other members of the project team
  • Attend meetings with clients, architects and consultants
  • Planning the work and organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team

  • Be Degree qualified preferably in Building Services
  • Graduate to 3 years’ experience of working in Building Services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft and CAD systems
  • Must be energetic, proactive and demonstrate a strong track record with excellent references
