Cost Controller – Clonee, Meath

In this role you will provide support to construction team in the following ways:
- Managing project cost control
- Weekly reporting
- Preparing accounts for the client
- Forecasting of cash inwards & outwards
- Completing month end reports for projects
- Finalising subcontractor applications and processing payment certs
- Aligning with Invoices to ensure payment is approved.
- Approving and creating PO’s for hire

You will need:
- 3+ years’ experience in a cost control/management role
