- Support the Construction team by providing professional administration support in relation to internal and external projects.
- Provide any other administrative support duties as may be required to meet the needs of the business eg minutes of meetings, diary management, printing, collating/compiling files, stationery ordering etc.
- Management of the document control systems to facilitate all incoming and outgoing Construction related deliveries
- Attention to detail, ability to spot irregularities in documents.
- Capability to accurately maintain an excel spreadsheet as required.
- Develop and implement metrics which will be used to measure and report on quality and performance of the document management scope.
