Position Summary:
We are looking for a strong team player with a passion for recruitment that is familiar with delivering a first class service in a busy environment. The recruitment team is responsible for the attraction of candidates at all levels across different departments on a global scale. The successful candidate will have strong networking skills, a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize multiple projects. The Recruitment Specialist will also have excellent industry knowledge as this will be a pre-requisite when meeting with hiring managers. The successful candidate will recruit on a global scale from our London office and report into the Group Recruitment Manager in our Dublin headquarters.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Screen and source active and passive candidates 
  • Manage live roles form inception to completion
  • Interview candidates
  • Attract passive candidates using Boolean search techniques on LinkedIn
  • Write jobs specs according to branding guidelines
  • Liaise with hiring managers
  • Manage advertisements on various platforms
  • Set up and manage the company’s alumni project

Desired Experience and Education:
  • 5+ years’ experience in a recruitment agency or a high volume in-house role recruiting construction candidates.
  • Excellent interviewing skills
  • Previous experience working within the construction industry is essential
  • Proven track record of hiring for high volume projects
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly motivated
  • Database experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop excellent relationships with hiring managers at all levels in the business
  • The ideal candidate will be results driven, self-motivated and resourceful with excellent client relationship skills
