Experienced Groundworkers Wanted
We are looking for experienced, reliable Groundworkers / Skilled Labourers to join our civil engineering team.
We are looking for people who know their way around a construction site, take pride in their work and can get the job done safely and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid experience in groundworks, concrete, tarmac and footpath construction.

The Role
Your work will include:

• General groundworks and civil engineering activities.
• Laying, setting and finishing concrete for footpaths, slabs, kerbs and other works.
• Tarmac/asphalt laying and preparation.
• Construction and finishing of footpaths, kerbs and paved areas.
• Excavation, ground preparation, levelling and backfilling.
• Drainage, ducting and associated civil works.
• Setting levels and working from drawings/instructions where required.
• Using hand tools and construction equipment.
• Working alongside groundworkers, machine operators and other site staff.
• Keeping the work area clean, safe and organised.
• Following all site health & safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Groundworker / Skilled Labourer in civil engineering or construction.
• Good practical experience with concrete, tarmac and footpath construction.
• Experience with kerbing, drainage, excavation and general groundworks.
• Valid Safe Pass.
• Reliable, hardworking and takes pride in producing good-quality work.
• Able to work independently when required and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of health and safety on construction sites.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
• Additional tickets such as Manual Handling, CSCS/plant tickets or a full driving licence are an advantage.
