Role responsibilities include:
- Produce competitive tenders/estimates for pre-design or D&B projects as part of a seasoned team of Mechanical & Electrical professionals.
- Advise managers on potential bid opportunities.
- Attend pre and post-tender interviews.
- Review specialist sub-contract quotes for compliance.
- Ensure sub-contractor quotes align with specifications.
- Conduct take-offs from tender drawings.
- Provide regular reports to management on competitor activity, market trends, and other relevant dynamics.
Role requirements:
- Third level or Trades qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- Previous estimating experience
