As a Commercial Lead, you will be at the forefront of business operations and take ownership for implementing strategies to maximise commercial opportunities. Your role will involve:
- Leading the commercial team and developing their knowledge through training, development and support
- Providing strategic advice
- Monitoring and managing the commercial health of the projects
- Supervising the preparation of Cost Plans for complex projects
- Preparing long term cash forecasts
- Negotiating contracts with clients and employers
You will need:
- A relevant third level qualification
- 12+ years' experience in Commercial Management
