Join a Main Contractor that is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Operations that will elevate their Glazing Division to new heights as part of projects of up to €50m in the Midlands and Leinster regions. You will have the opportunity here to lead and grow a team that can compete with the strongest Architectural Glazing companies in the country.

Your role:

As the Head of Operations, you will be the driving force behind the Glazing Division's success. You will lead a talented team, oversee project execution, and ensure operational efficiency. Your strategic vision and commercial acumen will be instrumental in achieving their ambitious goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Leadership
• Team Management
• Quality Assurance
• Client Relationship Management
• Budgetary Oversight

You will need:

• A Surveying/Commercial background
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction industry, specifically in glazing or related fields
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of glazing materials, techniques and industry best practices
