One of the largest property development and investment companies in Ireland have a requirement for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their team. This position is based on a large scale residential development in Dublin 18. 

This company is responsible for many best known developments in the Greater Dublin area, having built some of the most attractive, desirable and innovative developments. Their attention to detail, high quality specification and finish over the last three decades has made them an industry leader in Irish residential housing. 

Requirements

• Trade or Construction related Degree
• Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a similar position
• High-end Finishing experience with a Main Contractor or Developer 
• Previous experience on residential projects is essential 
• Awareness of latest Building Control Regulations and Standards

Responsibilities  

• Manage site from Internals to handover
• Responsibility for management of sub-contractors and direct employees on site
• Ensuring that the highest levels of H&S, Quality and Environmental standards are met.
• Manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on-site.
