The Company: 

Join a leading Irish-based property development company as a site-based Safety Officer on new Development in Bray. In this project based role you will be reporting to the company Health & Safety Manager.

Your role will involve:

• Carrying out safety inspections and audits on site and seeking to improve the standard of health and safety
• Carrying out site inductions and ensuring all personnel have the required H&S training
• Identifying site specific hazards and ensuring they are addressed
• Reviewing and updating the construction safety plans 
• Assisting site management to comply with statutory H&S requirements 
• The development and implementation of method statements and risk assessments (RAMS)
• Carrying out accident and incident investigations 
• Identify training needs on site for personnel and the contractors

You will need:

• A minimum of a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety 
• 3-5 years relevant Health and Safety experience, ideally gained with a Developer or Main Contractor
