You will join a leading residential construction company that is committed to delivering homes that are setting new standards in excellence. As they continue to grow and expand their operations, they're seeking an experienced Development Manager/Senior Project Manager to join the team and lead projects of up to €255m in value to successful completion. You'll have responsibility for multiple residential projects of low to medium density at various stages of their Development Lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring design progression complies with building regulations, planning legislation and statutory requirements 
• Manage the transition from Planning Stage through to Delivery Stage on each Project
• Coordinating the Design process from Masterplan stage through Planning Stage
• Developing project specific programs and workflows
• Managing all professional appointments

You will need:

• A relevant Third Level Qualification in Property Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar 
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary team
• An understanding and knowledge of residential planning and development
• Previous experience in a client-side Project Management role
• Excellent IT skills across the full Microsoft Office suite
