This company is active on Residential projects of up to €211m in value and they have a track record of delivering high-specification developments. You will have a key role on prestigious Residential developments that will stand out within the Irish construction sector.

Your role will involve:

• Assuming responsibility for projects at all stages including preconstruction, procurement, construction and handover while ensuring top class results

You will need:

• An Engineering, Surveying, Construction Management or related degree/diploma qualification
• 10+ years' relevant experience
• A background in Residential or Commercial construction
• The ability to assume overall responsibility for the management of large Residential construction projects
• The ability to identify key strategic issues and opportunities on the project
