Are you looking for the chance to step up into a Project Management role and take your career to a new level? This position is offering the chance to manage elements of a large housing development before advancing to full project control for the right person.

You will join a Main Contractor that delivers projects of up to €50m in the Midlands and Leinster regions. This is an expanding company and this new role has been created due to new project commencement. They are active in the Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Civil Engineering, Fit Out and Pharmaceutical sectors. As Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of their projects, driving success through efficient planning, coordination, and execution.

You will need:

• A degree/diploma in Engineering or Construction Management
• Knowledge of the latest building regulations and standards
• At least 5 years of relevant construction industry experience
