You will be a key acquisition for a company that are setting new standards in construction excellence and continuing to build on their reputation for delivering landmark projects. They consistently deliver work of the highest quality and this has led to significant repeat business from clients and recognition in the form of high-profile industry awards.

Your role will involve:

• Ensuring audits are undertaken in accordance with the audit schedule.
• Investigate and lead investigations into non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Develop all quality and inspection plans, manuals, documents, and systems.  
• Reviewing and revising documentation to incorporate changes to company policies and objectives, to stay in line with ISO standards.
• Provide guidance and assistance on Quality matters to all staff on site.
• Work with clients to ensure that their Quality standards & procedures are successfully submitted, approved & implemented.  
• Co-ordinate weekly meetings with the client, subcontractors, and suppliers. 
• Undertake regular walk through Inspections of the site works to identify and report any quality or building compliance concerns.
• Ensure the current quality procedures used are standardised and in line policies.
• Review subcontractors / suppliers' products at source and at their facilities.
• Collaboration with the Design Manager on the product/technical submittal process.
• Assist team training and development plans.

Skills / Experience required for the role:

• Degree in a construction related discipline.
• 5 years' experience in a similar role.  
• Full understanding of the BCAR process and the regulatory standards.
