This client who are a leading Construction Fit-Out Contractor are seeking a talented Site Manager to join the team. This is a permanent position, and you will be based on a Commercial Fitout project in Dublin. The company is a provider of Design and Build Residential, Commercial Retail and Hospitality quality projects.

Requirements
Trade background or Construction related Degree
Good knowledge of latest building regulations and standards
Previous experience overseeing Internal Fitout projects
Ability to manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site
Minimum of 5-7 years of Site Management experience
