Architectural Technician - Swords, Dublin

You will join an expanding contractor that delivers the most prestigious Fit Out, Data Centre and Refurbishment projects in Ireland. Your role will Involve: 

• Generate and Manage Document and Drawing output using BIM Technologies.
• Generate and manage technical submittals and schedules.
• Co-ordination with Mechanical, Electrical and Process services.
• Manage the issue/receipt of the Drawing design information.
• Raise/Respond to design stage RFIs and COVIs.
• Comply with the design criteria laid out within the Health and Safety Plan.
• Identify Long Lead Materials to assist with procurement.

What we are looking for: 

• Relevant 3rd level Qualification. 
• 2+ years' experience in a similar position.
