In this role, you will be part of a large BIM Team where you will report directly into a BIM Lead. You will have the opportunity to work on both Irish and European data centre projects.

As BIM Coordinator,  you will be responsible for the following:

• Address and resolve clashes and coordination challenges among different disciplines.
• Generate drawings, specifications, and schedules in alignment with the project's BIM Execution plan.
• Ensure the timely achievement of all 2D and 3D coordination milestones for each project.
• Collaborate with package managers and site engineers to facilitate the coordination of intricate MEP installations.
• Offer assistance to junior members of the BIM team

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or qualification
• 3+ years' experience using Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks
• Data Centres experience would be beneficial
• Knowledge of MEP design and equipment
• MEP Revit experience is essential
