Commissioning Manager
Location - Dublin/Kildare
Our client is a very well-established Tier One Main Contractor, involved in a number of high-profile projects nationwide in Ireland. They specialise in all aspects of build construction including commercial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, education, industrial and fit out projects.
Due to continued expansion they require a Commissioning Manager for a Data Center for Leinster based projects.
In conjunction with your project team, you will be responsible for the execution of various stages of a project as follows:

In conjunction with your project team, you will be responsible for the execution of various stages of a project as follows:
Key responsibilities:
- Management of project commissioning for Data Centre projects.
- Ensure familiarisation and compliance with contract documents and procedures.
- Pre-Construction & Planning, Construction, Testing & Commissioning.
- Co-ordinate information & details in time for project delivery activities.
- Ensure implementation of the MEP deliverables on the project.
- Ensure all M&E works are carried out to the highest level of safety.
- Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of the approved quality plan.
- Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team
Specific Requirements
- Relevant Third level qualification in Building Services M&E or Trade.
- 5-7 years experience in building services coordination.
- Previous Main Contractor experience is preferred, ideally projects experience in Data Centre/Industrial/ preferable.
- Excellent IT skills – knowledge of Revit/BIM, Microsoft.
