Electrical Supervisor or Construction Manager - Spain
Our client is a tier one main contractor involved in the construction of Data Centers both domestically and internationally.
They require an electrical supervisor to add to their existing management team on a large datacentre projects in Spain
Duties:
To report directly to our Electrical Contracts Manager.
To supervise a mix of planned works and responsive works.
Supervise electrical subcontractors, provide tool box talks and guidance.
Ensuring that all works are carried out in a timely fashion to a satisfactory standard and checking this via post-inspection.
To undertake a pre/post inspection regime in accordance with service needs, to assess specific work quality and, where necessary, recommend and report back to the electrical contracts manager.
To communicate directly with our clients and our administration team.
Requirements:
Senior Trades qualification or equivalent
8+ years site experience with at least 4 in a supervisory capacity.
Strong understanding of site activities, planning and coordination
Strong client focus and good commercial acumen
