Electrical Supervisor – Poland
Our client is a large international main contractor heavily involved in the construction of Data Centers. As the main contractor on these projects, they build them as a complete package from enabling/civil works through structural build, M&E Installation and commissioning to final client handover.
They are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor for a Data Center under construction in Poland.
In all cases apart from an attractive salary you will be provided with a high standard of accommodation, a living allowance, transport and regular flights as a part of the overall package.
THE ROLE: Electrical Supervisor
LOCATION: Warsaw
Duties:
Coordinate, oversee and when necessary and direct subcontractors
Control and improve production and productivity levels on site
Compile method statements with site engineers and foremen
Ensuring that all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures are adhered to
Establish and maintain relationships
Review the work progress on daily basis
Manage risks
Coordinate and direct subcontractors
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Requirements:
10yrs plus experience
Strong management skills
Either trade or professional qualification
No previous experience on Data Centers is required for the right candidate with the right attitude albeit experience in the pharma, industrial /process industry would be an advantage
