OUR CLIENT:

Our client is a Tier One main Contractor with over 20 live projects in the commercial, hospitality, healthcare, residential and government sectors
They are currently seeking a senior estimator to report to their commercial manager to support the estimating team in the company.
The role will be based out of Dublin.

DUTIES:

Receive and process enquiries from prospective clients
Project evaluation, specification review and estimating
Pricing tender documents
Preparation and submission of tender proposals; both replying to standard tender enquiry documents and generating client / project specific proposals
Initial specialist material and supplier selection in order to establish competitive estimate
Role will be primarily office based but will require some travel to sites throughout the country evaluating potential work.
Tender follow-up and attendance at pre-award meetings together with sales team during negotiating and finalizing the contract award

REQUIREMENTS:

Third level relevant degree or diploma
8 year’s relevant experience
