Our client is a very well established large main contractor with numerous diverse projects. They are heavily involved in the construction of Data Centers and require a CSA ( Civil, Structural, Architectural) Supervisor to add to their project team on a New Build Data Centre in Dublin
No previous experience on Data Centers is required for the right candidate with the right attitude.
CSA Supervisor– Civil Structural and Architectural
Co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages.
Supervision of site safety in conjunction with safety staff (including set-up, management and close out).
Implementation of the project schedule in conjunction with Planners, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors and consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are adhered delivered
Support close out functions of all project items including Final Accounts, Safety & QA Files, Material and Plant re-locations, Project Plan.
Attend weekly meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are captured and processed.
Ensure change management is handled correctly.
Review drawings and setting out details
Carry out, distribute & close out CSA snags
• Fit-out project experience would be of benefit but not essential
• Relevant qualification in construction or related disciplines.
• 8 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Experience working on High-Tec, Industrial, Pharma, Data centre projects is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.
