An Irish based international property development company have a requirement for a talented Finishing Foreman to join their firm. The position is based on a prestigious large-scale development commencing in February 2022. This development will provide over 400 apartments with amenities such as a healthcare centre, pharmacy, gym and public plazas.

Your role will involve:

• Managing the day-to-day internal finishes on site
• Managing the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site

You will need:

• A trade background or construction related degree
• Knowledge of latest building regulations and standards
• 5+ years' previous experience working on medium to large scale projects
