Finishing Foreperson | Dublin & Leinster | €Neg + Package

We are working with large property developers and a number of Tier 1 main contractors in the greater Dublin region who have ‘shovel ready’ projects in strategic locations, they are offering long term employment on prestigious developments.

• Required for Tier 1 Property Developer and main contractors who specialise in residential (housing & apartments), commercial new builds and refurbishments.
• Projects are strategically located both sides of the M50 and along Dublin's Docklands.
• Hotels, Apartment Developments are typical 'live' projects.
• Typically, projects are multi-phased over a number of years.
• You will be either technically or trade qualified, coupled with several years’ experience supervising the projects with final handover to clients.
• Ability to deliver a quality project in a safe and efficient manner.
• Keen eye for finishes with the ability to deal with the end users.
