Foreman required for reputable developer undertaking a 230+ unit apartment & hosung scheme in Kildare which has just commenced.

Excellent packages on offer for suitable candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and service providers
• Managing civil engineering and groundworks contractors
• Managing construction team
• Managing programme
• Take control of all works from house foundations through to 1st & 2nd fix including external finishes, paving, boundary walls and landscaping.
• Ensure completion dates are met
• Ensuring quality of works
• Managing health and safety on Site
• Continuous CPD Development

Requirements

• Trade background or construction qualification
• Background in large-scale, residential schemes preferred
• Working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
