Our client is a top residential developer with a history of building excellent developments throughout Dublin. They have a number of large projects currently under construction including this large-scale residential development which has a building program of 2 years.

Role:

Working under the direction of a senior foreman you will assist in the construction from start to finish of two blocks consisting of approx. 200 apartments.

The project has a very strong management team and is strongly resourced site.

Duties

Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
Produce schedules and monitor attendance
Allocate general and daily responsibilities
Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
Resolve problems when they arise
Report on progress to managers, engineers etc
General:

The position would suit a candidate coming from a trade background with experience at some level on apartment construction. Good interpersonal skills are also required.

The company will offer a very strong salary depending on experience. The role would suit a strong candidate with several years’ experience as well as a more experienced trade foreman.
