ICDS have an urgent vacancy for a Project Manager with a large sized and highly reputable developer (established 1980) who are working on an apartment project in Dublin 15.

Prior experience of working on apartment projects in essential, or large commercial projects.

You will be degree/diploma qualified in civil engineering, or will be trade qualified. You will have 10+ years’ proven experience of working with a developer or main contractor having worked up to Project Manager level.

You must be capable of taking responsibility for a project, ensuring the delivery of the project within time, cost and budget.

You will be reporting to a Contracts Manager who will support you in your role.
