Client Profile:
Main Civils Contractor who specialize in Road, Site Development, Airport, DC, Drainage Bridge construction – mainly in Leinster but also nationwide
Job Description:
Sub- station construction –Midlands – Civil &Structural Package – 18 month duration project – position is full time.
You will be site based and responsible for the complete management of project
General Duties:
Ensuring works are to program
Liaison with Local Authorities and consultants
Management of Site Team and subcontractors
Cost Control
Involvement in Subcontractor payments
Reporting directly to a contract manager
Salary:
75 – 85K plus transport, health insurance, pension and other benefits
