Our client is one of the fastest growing main contractors in the country. In a short time they have built up an enviable reputation with their clients and much of their work is negotiated contracts. They focus on delivering project on time and with the highest quality and to make sure their client is satisfied.

They are involved in refurb and new build projects throughout the country. Due to wining a number of new contracts they have a requirement for project managers to join their team in Dublin.

Candidates from a trade or an engineering background will be considered. It is very much about having the right attitude (can do and problem solver).

Projects range in value from €1-10milion. Typical projects will be refurbs and new builds for colleges, hotel upgrades and extensions, refurbs of retail buildings.

The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of working with main contractors and have seen projects through from start to finish. You will be capable of working on projects that have tight programs. You will have worked on similar sized commercial build and fit out projects for a main contractors as a Project Manager or site manager.

The company are young and in a growth phase and this is an ideal opportunity join them. You will be given the opportunity to move in contracts management.
