Our client, a commercial air conditioning specialist, has an opportunity for a resourceful and versatile individual to take on an interesting and challenging role. The position will be largely office based with some site work required. The successful candidate will focus primarily on Health and Safety but will be expected to take on additional responsibilities in Estimation and Programme Management.
 
Responsibilities will include:

• Providing expertise knowledge, implement company safety standards and programs
• Assessing health and environment safety risks in the project
• Providing safety education and training to the project employees
• Recognizing hazards and prepare safety hazard avoidance planning
• Carrying out site safety inspections and audits
• Compiling estimates, budgets and cost plans
• Preparation of documentation
• Liaising with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders
• Preparation of documentation

 
The ideal candidate will have:

• A Degree or be Trade qualified in a Mechanical and Electrical discipline.
• Strong IT skills with experience of MS office
• Experience in a similar role
