Senior Project Manager - Dublin 2

• €30m residential project (Apartments)
• Project to run until 2024

Join an established Developer with a track record of completing premium houses and apartments across Dublin. This position offers an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager (10+ years') to have a crucial role in the delivery of the €30m residential element of a prestigious mixed-use development.

You will need:

• A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 10+ years post qualification experience
• Experience of managing contract values in the range of €10m - €50m

Would be advantageous:

• Tier 1 / 2 Main Contractor experience at Project Manager / Contracts Manager level
• Fast-track design / build experience in high density apartments delivery
