Project Quantity Surveyor - Civils
Our client is a leading Irish Main Contractor with multiple projects in the Civils, Industrial, commercial, Pharma, Leisure and Healthcare sectors.
They currently require a Project Quantity Surveyor with a Civils background for a new project commencing in Dublin.
You will work as part of the site team and report to an experienced Senior QS
Requirements.
Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a main contractor with preferably some experience in the civil sector.
Strong commercial awareness.
Duties:
Maximising commercial results for the project.
Procurement
Prepare the cost / value reconciliation reports
Prepare and agree interim valuations at the agreed dates to gain the best commercial advantage for the company.
Prepare, and in conjunction with senior management agree final account with client’s representative.
Agree final accounts with subcontractors to maximise project margins.
