Quantity Surveyor

• Construction project cost control, cost management and cost planning.
• BOQ management along with preparation and value reporting.
• Contract & procurement management.
• Project management of multiple projects.
• Acting as an important contributor to estimation of projects and the development of pricing documents and work packages.
• Valuation, negotiation and agreement of project variations, instructions, and price & programme adjustments.
• Representing the business in professional manner when attending various meetings with clients and design teams.

• Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management
• 5+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role on construction projects with a building contractor.
• Strong time management skills.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and working on site.
• Ability to work on their own and be self-motivated.
• Strong IT skills, proficient in all Microsoft office packages including Microsoft project and Buildsoft estimating software.
