Duration:          Permanent with extended down time
Client:                 Our client is an International Building & Engineering Contractor headquartered in Ireland who adopt a “hands on” approach to project delivery. The business has grown organically from being a traditional Mechanical & Electrical contractor to a pan-European Main Contractor providing mission critical turnkey building solutions across the industry to include Data Centres, Life Sciences, Commercial, Pharmaceutical & Industrial. Projects range in value from €30M to in excess €300M.
Role:                    You will be assisting the project team with general administration, documentation control/processing, timesheet management, PO's, Invoicing, MRF's, Filing, bookings, reporting and general support. The successful candidate will have experience managing contractors and controlling labour management. You will have experience in payroll. Ad-hoc administrative support to the site team.
Skills:                  Experience of working on construction related projects.  Good communicator with attention to detail & time management skills.
