Due to successfully winning a number of new road projects across the north west of Ireland, we have an opportunity for an experienced Site Engineer to work with a large scale civil main contractor, on projects across Donegal.
What you’ll need to have:
The successful candidate will have a degree in civil engineering / construction management with 3-5 years experience working on civil projects, along with GPS setting out experience and GPS operated machinery.
They will be required to undertake surveying, setting out and site supervision work while keeping records of all site activities. The work will be a mix of field-based work as well as QA reporting and CAD drafting.
What you’ll be doing:
- Set out, level and survey operational sites
- Attend regular meetings with internal and external project stakeholders
- Compile quality control records
- Contribute to HSE management onsite
- Record and monitor site plant and personnel
- Production of asbuilt drawings and information
This is a full-time, permanent position, with an expected salary of £30,000 - £40,000, with accommodation, travel, vehicle and fuel provided
