Site Engineer required for award winning property developer who are undertaking a large housing and apartment projects in Dublin.

Experience  working on housing or apartment projects is required.

Attracftiv package on offer including healthcare, bonus etc.

Requirements

• Setting out for groundworks, storm/foul drain, foundations and bricklayers.
• RC Frame preferred
• Must have 3-5 years' experience, ideally on residential projects.

Role

• Ensuring health and safety is maintained on site as per company site safety policy and the contractor’s site safety plan.
• Managing sub-contractors, including the Groundworks contractor.
• Co-ordination and conducting weekly progress meetings.
