Foreman/Site Manager required for leading private developer undertaking a housing and apartment scheme in Rush.

Project consists of 40+ Units using traditional blockwork and brickwork construction.

Ideal candidate will have experience working on residential projects

Requirements

Strong knowledge of current building regulation and Homebond requirements
Ability to produce high-quality finish on programme
Package includes company van and bonus.
