Architectural Technician
Our client, a leading property development company is seeking to recruit an Architectural Technician. The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and will be part of their innovative architectural team in delivering high quality residential homes across new sites in Athlone and Dublin. The Architectural Technician must have a house building background.
The role includes and involve:
Ensure timely delivery of complete, high quality and cost effective designs and approvals (except engineering) for new build housing activity.
Manage the house type portfolio, working closely with the Site and Management teams.
Produce architectural detailing where non-standard.
Building Regulation approvals, dealing with site queries.
Ensure all customers are working with correct information;
Create landscaping related surveys, designs and management plans.
Assist the sales team in producing sales & marketing material.
Ensure the quality of architectural information provided both internally and externally is of the highest standards.
To be considered for the role you must:
Be Degree (level 8) qualified Architecture
Have strong working knowledge of Building Regulations and guidelines.
Be competent at liaising with other disciplines and consultants.
Have ability to deliver accurate and timely data and information.
Have architectural housing knowledge.
Have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
